Urban Restaurant Group, founded by Mark Byrum, is a restaurant management and consultation group. Urban Restaurants is made up of members native to the Northwest, who possess a love of the Northwest region and a passion for the restaurant industry. The Urban Team includes a restaurant operator, executive chef, marketing specialist, attorney, and accountant. Additionally, the Urban Team maintains a close relationship with an architect, tax preparer, graphic designer, web programmer, general contractor, interior designer, and computer support personnel on stand-by to assist with your restaurant. The Urban Team provides consultation and recommendations on all aspects of restaurant operations. Urban Restaurants works with new restaurants as well as established restaurants looking to revitalize their concept.

Urban Restaurants generally provides its services on a percentage basis. A small monthly fee plus a percentage of gross sales provides a restaurant owner with the following services:
