Swank and Swine.


Located in the heart of Downtown Portland's bustling Pioneer District - Swank Restaurant, and Swine Moonshine + Whiskey bar bring diversity to the PDX dining scene.

Swank is a culinary adventure, where dishes made of hand selected local ingredients take center stage. The modern meets vintage backdrop features reclaimed wood, natural stone, black tufted booths and crystal chandeliers engulfed in bronze spheres. Unique amenities include a dinner counter, cocktail bar and petite wine room.

Swine Bar takes a step back to the days of prohibition.  Surrounded in natural wood and elements that depict the art of moonshine,  Swine offers a casual, yet vivacious atmosphere.  The menu is a culmination of creative comfort food that can be shared and inventive craft cocktails utilizing local spirits.  Swine offers an early and late night Happy Hour as well as small plates from open to close.

Brix Tavern.


True to the classic American Tavern, Brix Tavern offers a warm, contemporary restaurant and bar in one. Located in Portland’s Pearl District, Brix serves a unique collection of enduring American comfort food and cocktails enhanced with only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Brix features a brick oven, rotisserie and an open kitchen. Several flat screen plasma TVs are discreetly incorporated throughout the space for game watching.
 

Pearl Catering.


Pearl Catering delivers a menu rich in flavor, design and creativity, spiked with a healthy dose of local ingredients. Our catering staff is trained to serve events of all sizes – from small to large, from casual to sophisticated, we can make any event a qualified success. Whether hosting a casual lunch, an afternoon reception or serving a sit-down dinner, Pearl Catering will creatively present your food, deliver and set-up in a timely manner and graciously assist you with any special requests.
 

Urban Studio.


Urban Studio is an event facility located in the heart of the trendy Pearl District. Ideal for private parties, corporate events and weddings, Urban Studio is the quintessential contemporary event location. Light and airy, Urban Studio features a sunken banquet room accented in soaring radiant walls of pewter, chocolate brown and pearly white. Guests are first greeted with a slightly raised reception area trimmed in chandeliers, natural stone and large windows that usher in natural light. The space offers a flexible floorplan which can accommodate your guests in a variety of ways such as a standup reception, loungy cocktail party, banquet seating and theater style seating. Urban Studio can accomodate 375 people cocktail style or 275 seated.
 

Urban Fondue & Bartini.


Urban Fondue can accommodate groups of up to 30 people. We also offer our “loft” a cozy semi-private space for parties up to 12 people.
 

CONSULTING.

Urban Restaurants, Inc., founded by Mark Byrum, is a restaurant management and consultation group. Urban Restaurants is made up of members native to the Northwest, who possess a love of the Northwest region and a passion for the restaurant industry. The Urban Team includes a restaurant operator, executive chef, marketing specialist, attorney, and accountant. Additionally, the Urban Team maintains a close relationship with an architect, tax preparer, graphic designer, web programmer, general contractor, interior designer, and computer support personnel on stand-by to assist with your restaurant. The Urban Team provides consultation and recommendations on all aspects of restaurant operations. Urban Restaurants works with new restaurants as well as established restaurants looking to revitalize their concept.

Urban Restaurants generally provides its services on a percentage basis. A small monthly fee plus a percentage of gross sales provides a restaurant owner with the following services:

•Coordination with architect on floor plan design

•Kitchen design, layout, and equipment recommendations

•Brand development including coordination with graphic designer for logo, signage, and advertising

•Coordinate with programmer for website development
•Technical services for administrative computers and corporate e-mail
